FAQ's 

• How do I book in? 

simply click the book button at the top of the webpage, select your service, date & time slot, register with us! Then finish your booking! 

• What does the 𝗉𝗂𝖾𝗋𝖼𝗂𝗇𝗀 price include? 

All prices include high quality ASTM-F136 OR ASTM-F1295 graded plain titanium ball stud, which is better for healing or a BCR for a daith piercing. 

• What aesthetic treatments do you currently offer? 

we offer Dermal Lip fillers, Anti - wrinkle injections, b12 injections, Lemon bottle fat dissolve & soon to be offering more! 

• What is a tooth gem? 

It is a swarovski crystal stuck onto the enamel using dental products & dental glue, all 100% safe, pain free & damage free. 
They can last anywhere from 2 months - 2 years. 

•  I don't want a plain ball stud,  what else do you offer for fresh / healed piercing? 

Well... its your lucky day!! We have a HUGE jewellery collection in store (not all listed online) from shapes to colours to gems/opals, titanium & real gold, i'm sure we can find something for you suiting your style & budget. Or pick your perfect piece of jewellery on the day of your appointment. We can advise whats best for you or help design your perfect piercing! 

• Please can I have a ring straight away? 

We don't recommend any piercings with rings other than the exception of a nose if well looked after (on the right client), a helix piercing and a daith piercing. Rings naturally move around in the skin tissue, drag through the skin tissue irritating and re opening the wound & can drag unwanted bacteria through the piercing which causes extra irritation or infection. Titanium flat back labret studs are recommended for the fresh piercing and waiting until it is the right time to change to a ring. 

• I am allergic to certain metals, what do you use? 

We only use Verified Implant grade ASTM - F136 & ASTM - F1295 Titanium & 14-18k white & yellow gold. Both suitable for fresh & healed piercing & suitable for human implant. It is all tarnish & allergen free & 100% safe.

This will not cause issues with wound healing. It is also all pre sterilised in our Autoclave before use. 
Sterling silver or silver/gold plated jewellery & steel is very dangerous, can cause allergic reactions, staining/tarnishing & can cause poisoning in the worst cases & we do not advise wearing these at any time. 

• What is Anodising? 

This is a service we offer where we colour all our TITANIUM Jewellery to any colour other than black & red. It reacts through electric voltage and colours the surface of the jewellery. This colour then lasts for a few years or longer. 
This is available on any piece of titanium jewellery at any time. 

• What do I do/use for aftercare? 

For piercings we always let you take home an aftercare sheet after every piercing performed. 
we recommend buying our piercer recommend Saline fine mist to flush through your fresh piercings 1-2 times daily until fully healed. (DO NOT USE YOUR OWN SALINE/ CONTACE LENSE SOLUTION etc this is NOT SAFE FOR WOUNDS).
or just shower & flush with hot running shower water.

DO NOT touch twist or play with your piercing. DO NOT sleep on fresh piercings. Try to use a donut or travel pillow to avoid irritation on a fresh piercing whilst sleeping. 
Remember to gently soak away any bacteria or debris from around the piercing, or wipe away gently. 
A clean piercing is a happy piercing. 
 

• I have a bump on my piercing! What do I do? 

first thing to do is not panic! There are various reasons as to why a 'bump' comes up on a piercing, if it is a hard bump it may be due to the piercing healing & bumped up scar tissue called a granuloma, if it is leaking fluid, red, irritated or angry this could be trapped bacteria or a trapped infection in the area of the piercing.
The most common reasons for people getting these is touching the piercing, sleeping on it, knocking or catching the piercing, using the wrong aftercare aka burning with savlon spray etc, leaving too much excess moisture around the jewellery, sleeping with wet hair, in which you cause bacteria build up on the fresh wound or catching the excess bar length if you do not come for a bar 'downsize' after a few weeks time after your initial piercing.
